Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, please note the following:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for certain items, such as underwear (briefs, swim briefs, etc.).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Any complimentary items received with your purchase must also be returned.
- Items should be securely packaged to ensure they arrive back in good condition.
How to Return or Exchange
- Fill Out the Return Form:
- Complete the return form included with your order. Please indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange.
- If you cannot find the form, please contact our customer service team at info@voiment.com for assistance.
- Prepare Your Return:
- Pack your items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ensure that all return items and their original packaging are included.
- Retain the return tracking number for your reference.
- Send Your Return:
- Ship the return package to our designated return address.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or error.
- Keep your tracking number to ensure safe return of the items.
Processing Your Request:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your request:
- Exchanges: Replacement items will be dispatched within 7 working days. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you with alternative options.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

- We currently do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error.
